The Apartment is rented on a week-to-week basis, Sat-Sat. This is negotiable, depending on the season. Property available from 3.00.p.m. and must be vacated by 10.00.a.m.

A security deposit equivalent to 50% of the rent is required to confirm booking with balance to follow six weeks prior to holiday. A refundable damage deposit equal to 50% of the total rent amount is also required at the time the balance of the rent is payable.
